These women grew their hair out until they were 18 then they cut it all off. They keep their teen hair and continue to grow their hair for the rest of their life. They keep their hair up all the time, but when they let their locks flow it falls to the floor. When they put their hair back up they wrap it around their teen hair and very methodically put it back on top of their head. The sad thing about this culture is that no one under 45 has kept this tradition and in the next 50 years this pristine culture will be gone.
This is a blind basket maker, who sharpens and cuts each piece of bamboo that will then be woven. He does this with the Nimblest fingers never once faltering.
The Neon Cave
I visited a stalactite cave that was decked out in rainbow neon lights making the experience all the more extravogant.
